Terms - No Start Up Fees - May

  1. The Promoter (Club Lime) of the No Start-Up Fees Promotion is Viva leisure Memberships Pty ltd ABN 13 617 752 819 of Unit 7, Level 1, 141 Flemington Road Mitchell ACT 2911.
  2. For the purposes of the Promotion:
  1. Eligible Individual means an individual that enters an Eligible Membership and is not active or current member during the Promotion Period.
  2. Eligible Location means any Club Lime Nationally.
  3. Eligible Membership means any eligible Club Lime Single-Club, Student Single Club and Student Multi Club Membership, Club Lime State Multi-Club Memberships, National Multi-Club Memberships, ANU Student/Staff/Alumni Membership, on a direct debit, no fixed-term Membership Agreement entered into by an individual at Eligible Location during the Promotion Period (Thursday 18th May 2023 12:00 am – Saturday 27th May 2023 11:59 pm), subject to the Membership Terms and Conditions, a copy of which is located at com.au/about/legal-stuff.
  4. Excluded memberships include Aquatic Memberships, Learn to Swim Memberships, Upfront 3–12-month Memberships, Corporate Memberships, Transferred Memberships (upgrades/downgrades), GROUNDUP Multi and GROUNDUP Bundle Memberships, hiit republic Single and hiit republic Multi-Club Memberships, and all visit passes.
  5. Offer not valid in conjunction with any other offer.
  6. Promotion Period means the period commencing on Thursday 18th May 2023 12:00 am – Saturday 27th May 2023 11:59 pm, which may be amended at the Promoter’s discretion.

      3.The Promoter agrees to a $0 Activation Fee for each Eligible Individual opting into the Promotion in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

      4. The Eligible Individual agrees to pay the initial membership pro rata fee upon signup as part of the Membership Terms and Conditions

  1. Club Lime South Yarra (VIC), Rouse Hill (NSW), Five Dock (NSW), Rhodes (NSW) Burwood (NSW) and CISAC (ACT) are not 24/7 locations.

      6. In the event that an individual has a dispute in relation to their eligibility for the Promotion all inquiries are to be sent to [email protected] and the Promoter             reserves the ultimate right to determine the outcome of any dispute in its absolute discretion.
