The Promoter (Club Lime) of the 3 Day Free Trial Promotion is Viva Leisure Memberships Pty Ltd ABN 13 618 752 819 of Unit 7, Level 1, 141 Flemington Road Mitchell ACT 2911.
For the purposes of the Promotion:
Eligible Individual means an individual that enters a free trial and is not active or current member during the Promotion Period. An ex-member is anyone who has been a previous member across one of our brands (Club Lime, hiit republic and GROUNDUP).
Eligible Location means any Club Lime nationally.
Offer not valid in conjunction with any other offer.
Promotion Period means the period commencing on Friday 5th May 2023 12:00 am – Wednesday 31st May 2023 11:59 pm, which may be amended at the Promoter’s discretion.
All trial members will be required to sign a waiver prior to using the gym.
All trial members under the age of 18 will require verbal consent from a parent/guardian.
Trial members must be at least 13 years of age.
Once the 3 Day Trial is activated, access will be permitted for 3 consecutive days beyond that point.
In the event that an individual has a dispute in relation to their eligibility for the Promotion all inquiries are to be sent to [email protected] and the Promoter reserves the ultimate right to determine the outcome of any dispute in its absolute discretion.
